How is The Advisory Bench Different?
Execution, Not Just Insight
The Advisory Bench stays involved long after the conversation. Our high-touch approach helps companies build the right bench, manage the relationships, and keep the right people focused on the right priorities as the business grows.
“It's not enough to have an Advisory Board. The board also needs to be used to its maximum contribution.”
Chris Hessler, CEO

Built By Someone Who’s Been There
Chris Hessler built The Advisory Bench from firsthand experience. While growing his own company, he learned that the right advisor at the right moment could completely change the trajectory of a business. One key introduction helped solve a major production challenge that could have stalled growth entirely. That experience became the foundation for how The Advisory Bench works today: surrounding CEOs with people who’ve already solved the problems ahead of them.
